Social Responsibility and the Role of the Designer

Join us for our monthly members-only online Power Lunch. Held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, our Power Lunches are an opportunity to discuss the challenges that you face in your business, and learn proven solutions direct from other design business owners in an intimate, transparent setting.

This month we will we will discuss the role graphic design plays in the broader context of social responsibility. What concerns us as designers? How can we incorporate social considerations into our work. What portion of work should you allocate to a pro-bono project for social good? This event will be a great place for us to compare notes and learn from one another.

To maintain a conversational atmosphere, space will be limited, so register early. Spark members must be logged in to the Spark website in order to see the register link. Once registered, you will receive a link to the private Zoom room. If you have a client, colleague, or vendor that you think would make a good addition to this month’s discussion, email their information to admin@sparkdesignprofessionals.org so we can send them an invitation to register.
